so on sunday there was an accident on the dual carriage way near pefe, and it got totally closed, and all this traffic was getting diverted through East Meon, but anyway it was in the papers today and turns out what had happened was some absolute nutter in a land rover drove down the dual carriage THE WRONG WAY for 7 miles before smashing head on

i was watching the news today and i heard about that. its completely fucked up!
