I'm pretty sure they're not dating
cause look at his tweets after they met. all depressed and stuff. and thats so not jack. so he probably has a thing for her but vicky-t just wants to ~play around~
she also mentioned in her stickam chat a couple weeks ago that her and jack would might date if they would be in the same state.

his tweets were depressed bc him and his gf had like just broke up and i guess he just victoria used her as a hook up rebound

definitely the one that cares about the fans the most.

he's been really sweet every time i've met him,
and he's really touchy-feely so sometimes he'll
rub your back after pictures or hold your hand
or something of that sort.

he does cute stuff. when he whispers in your ear he brushes up against you and then pulls away and looks you right in the eyes and you can feel yourself panic-ing because you dont know what to say or do... so i smiled and let out a weird short laugh that was more of the breath i was holding in.
