Well, I just watched this video of yours about an hour ago... and now just minutes ago I found out someone I knew well has died. Talk about synchronicity. :(

I don't think I knew him personally, but I think I probably met him a jillion times or so while out partying or whatever. Not even at the level of friendly acquaintanceship. More like we'd probably meet each other and not recognize each other.

I just got home from work and started catching up on IRC backscroll and caught all of that business. Very sad that he died. Do we know how his family is holding up?

Don't know about his real family, but Kyle had adopted him years ago. Momma Kyle is hurtin' real bad.

That's really unfortunate. I don't know whether Kyle keeps up with my online presence, so if you see/talk to him, let him know that I send him my best. I'd be happy to make a trip out if it would help him feel better.

i wouldn't say i knew chris real well but we met about a jillion times when i lived in portland. Sad to hear that guy is no longer with us.
