i was tempted to post something about how the livejournal entries of myself and others have evolved over the years but an event this evening has prompted me to revert to my old complaining self

Wow--I agree with everything you're saying here. Our dog was attacked by another dog a while ago and won't ever recover fully. Treat your dog like you treat your kids--it's your responsibility, so punish it.

Agree with you about Bonds. It was great to witness a historic moment (being in the Bay Area, we could see the fireworks from our house), but he doesn't deserve to be crowned and inducted into the Hall.

Didn't know about Hal until you said something. We watched him nearly every night--he'll be missed.

i always enjoy reading your postings (and comments). it looks like you aren't doing to badly for yourself up north. hopefully we'll cross paths in the not too distant future.

its horrible when people take pets into their home and properly take care of them.

also im 100% for the asterisk, we've been talking about it at work since it happened

thanks eddie, indy had substantially improved before i left. we'll have to keep in touch though, i don't know that i can go to much longer without seeing you. i'm assuming your graduating in the spring, but if that changes, let me know.
