that is m-fing freaky that is dive bombed your head. good god. as for your tattoo. i'm on #5 now and mine aren't pleased but they didn't flip out as i thought. they are upset because you are young and don't realize this is a permenent decision, better ways to spend your money and a rash decision. just be ready to counter the argument WITHOUT crying or being defensive. have your facts and present them rationally. it's something you've thought about for x years. the symbolism it means to you reflects your devotion to your grandfather, it's not as if you got a rose on your boob. you are aware it's permenent which is why ou put so much time and thought into what you would get. they'll get over it....
