This weekend is family weekend for all the Hendrix-ites. It's weird seeing parents wandering around when you're just used to faculty and students. But it's cool too. My mom's coming up and basically the plan is to hang out in her hotel room, watch the second season of Lost, and go do girly stuff in Little Rock. I heart my mom. Coming Out Day = great fun. Couple years ago I came out as straight. Everyone was very shocked but in time they've come to accept me for who I am.

House is the shit. (Perfect time to have a season at your disposal, when Ma's coming to visit ^__^) Babies!!! Okay, so there are relatively few babies and relatively many grouchy old men, but still. I like. Though there's an episode involving autism in the season-in-progress that pissed me off... but overall I still like. Mostly.

Concerning conjunctions, may I recommend "also"? I use it all the time in introducing new, sometimes-logically-connected/sometimes-not points. Handy :)

Ooohhh!! I may just have to partake of this said crack. I go on YouTube to see Jon Stewart since I completely miss the Daily Show every time I think of watching it.

Babies!!!
Currently, my heroin addiction is Lost: Season 2 and there are pleeenty of baby-shots to squee over. Of course, the show is a little silly sometimes (ok, a lot silly) but it's pretty much worth it. Lots of shocks all along the way ... but you can predict most of them so it's not as fun as it used to be. :(

Yes, I'm watching Lost Season 2 also.

If you want to see Saiyuki vids on YouTube, be sure to find an user called whiteash001. Hers is the best. My favorite ones is "Mambo 3 5 7 8", "Who is He Anyway?", "Hakkai Poppins", "Don't Care" and "Smack the Monkey".

Oh hell, just check out all of her vids. The angst ones are awesome.
