In summation, you're saying that as far as language goes a person is never, from his or her own perspective, wrong. That's at least what i can glean from this post and i think there must be more. A person can obviously be wrong, even from his or her own perspective.

A person "was" wrong. A person "is" never wrong.
"Believe something wrong." IF you can, then you don't speak proper english (contextually) and are misusing the word believe. (Don't you just love parenthesis?)
It is also, as I had stated, the fundamental problem of the human mind.
