i'm like you. it's not so much the ability to forgive that is a problem. the "answer" is in the realisation that when we say we forgive according to THE BOOK that He will deal with the other person in His own way. or knowing that our forgiveness doesn't change the other person. it may inspire a change, but forgiveness is us letting it go for our sakes i think. that we can only change how we react to things and forgiveness helps keep us going. failing that, blah.
so its really a daily commitment to make to forgive, i think.
i'm SO bad at it too but i'm sure we can do it somehow :)
