I'm only on the third song and I'm loving it so far. Good job my dear!

Why, thank you! :) I'm glad you dig it. My music taste is kind of all over the place. HEE.

I totally understand. I'm such a novice when it comes to indie music though. I was raised with RnB and Soul music so when I started listening to rock as well it was strictly VH1 and Starbucks music ;x

I love it when an opportunity arises to discover new bands. I love that Frightened Rabbit song!

BAHAHA, yes. Same, except with boy-bands. LOL. But indie music has owned my bleeding heart since late high school, so I'm mostly caught up. It's hard to stay current and hip, though. People are very picky when they're ~cutting edge. HEE.

I found that Frightened Rabbit song via Rainn Wilson who found it via John Krasinski. Celebrities are awesome, some of the times.

This is so cool. ♥ And, Jason Mraz~ Fits too well.

Also, your organization for this post is so neat and orderly and pretty. o.o And you're appealing to my ocd.

JASON MRAZ ♥♥♥ FOREVER. FOREVER EVER (AND EVER EVER). That song made me want to do the whole thing, it's spooky how perfect it fits. MRAZ > ALL.

Also, yeah. The posting part took longer than anything else combined. o_o I'm glad the OCD-ness of it is appreciated, as a sufferer myself. THANKS!

*has been staring at the front cover for minutes* Oh, God, I LOVE IT. And is that Penny with Sheldon on the bed? BECAUSE I NEED TO SEE IT BIGGER.

Downloading the songs now that I'm out of the graphics-trance :D

HEEEEE! YES. I've been looking for an excuse to test my photoshop ~skillz at blending the cap I have from The Vegas Renormalization. Still not great, but I have icons of it/a somwhat clearer version to share in a bit. I'm glad you found it halfway decent. It HAD TO BE DONE. They were practically sleeping in the same bed, anways.

Enjoy! ;D

I, too, think the Jason Mraz song is perfect for our Sheldon/Penny ship. And the Mike Doughty song...MY GOD. THAT IS CANNON!! Absolutely perfect for where their friendship exists right now.:D

YES! I love the Mraz song as a kind of all-encompassing canon, but Doughty's TOTALLY applies already. They're both so fun! :D I'm glad you like!

This looks great. I actually have quite a few of these songs, so I look forward to putting this mix together and listening. And the album art is beautiful. :)

ETA: 3. Ingrid Michaelson, Die Alone

I got this song on a Spock/Uhura fanmix and it's been on constant play for the past 2 weeks. I love it, and it SO fits Sheldon/Penny. Don't know why I never thought of it before. :)

Great taste in music, also, then? HEE. ;)

Also, thanks! I'm not one for photoshoping much besides quotes and some minor coloring adjustments. I'd been dying to combine a cap of them sleeping parallel and sharing some of my writing ~inspiration music is something I've always meant to do. The fates aligned, I guess. I'm glad you like it! :)

ETA: The Ingrid Michaelson song! OMG, YES! I've had her albums for ages, but when it came up on a Spock/Uhura mix I totally re-listened and got goosebumps. I love it for S/U, but S/P just ...IT FITS. They've practically said he'll be dying alone already, it's hardly a stretch. I hope Penny sticks around with him ;)

Oh gosh. I love your Tim Gunn icon. :D

Yeah, the lyrics totally fit S/P more than S/U. Different parts of the lyrics fit both Sheldon and Penny, which is great.

LOL, Tim Gunn. The first time I've been able to use that for good reason in a long time! I had to take advantage.

I tried to make it just the guy part (in the bits I c/p'd) to avoid confusion, but I totally agree. Penny does need to just be brave and snap out of it, she's clearly already smitten in some way. That door-knocking bit came off as more couple-y than the 10-minute b-plot of relationship screwy exposition. If only they could take the cues for it meaning more already, HEE.
