Jury duty! Today actually. I can't sleep because of other shit but I don't want to actually SIT THROUGH IT.. What scares me is that apparently ALL groups were called, according to the special instructions listed on the site. The other part? I'm going to the Superior Court in Oakland. I'm really wondering what the hell this means

Don't worry, it's possible for you to get out of it. Just say you're a student and they'll probably let you off. It's worked for me. Either that, or if you use logic, they tend to kick you off fairly quickly.

Anyway, it sucks that all this drama-shit is happening for you. But things'll work out. They always do. Anyway, I hope that if you do get stuck on the jury, it'll at least be on something cool. Hopefully with some really mouthy lawyers. That's usually pretty entertaining.

Umm, I really suck at writing out comments if you can't tell...I usually write whatever comes to mind, which is usually not very entertaining or witty, so blllllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. Hope you have fun this weekend...looks like I'll be watching movies or something, so I guess that's not too bad. Hopefully I'll still be coherent, don't want to abuse the painkillers. Damn you, dentist, for taking the only bit of wisdom I had! *shakes fist*
