[ The video feed begins with Shiro’s profile quite out of frame-after a few moments, he looks down to the PDA screen, and taps at the interface at a snail's pace. Perhaps he's trying to figure out information as to where he currently is, or maybe something which could help him navigate about this place

Needless to say, he's nowhere near prepared for this. How can someone prepare for something like this?
His father is dead. Dead by Satan's hand and never coming back. Never mind the powers their captors seem to have over space and time. This shouldn't be possible, not even in Nesreca.]

Oh, and anger. Lots and lots of anger.]
... This isn't funny.

Y-yukio?!

He fixes Shiro with what was probably meant to be a cold glare, but there's something wavering behind it.]
I'm not like the other residents, Libitina. Drop the act.

What on earth are you going on about?!

He blinks, confusion washing over his face.]
... You can't be here.

I have no idea why, or how.
[ Or what this place is. ]

Yukio hesitates for several long seconds before venturing in a questioning tone:]
... Tou-san?

What's getting to you, Yukio?

You died. I thought...
This isn't a trick.

... There's an apartment building. Nine stories tall and boarded up on one side. It's one of the few buildings still standing...
It's where everyone here stays.

[ Shiro hasn't any idea how to shut off the video feed, so he'll just pocket the device before departing for the apartment building. He'll want to see his son face to face, most likely anticipating some sort of confrontation from his youngest son. ]

It's not as if he knows what to say anyway.]

Yukio... what's the situation, here?

We're in Russia, and the calendar year is 2000. This place is called Nesreca. There are somewhere around thirty people people here, all pulled here from different worlds by two beings that the other residents refer to as ghosts. [He phrases it as such because he knows better. Or believes he does. No ghost he's ever heard of has powers like this.] You've probably already seen one, a white-haired girl. Her name is Libitina.
There's no way to return to our own worlds that anyone here has found. We're still gathering information from the city across the river as to exactly what happened here, but they're not particularly fond of us.
[Sounds pretty crazy, huh?]
