oi... by those godamned standards I'm on the TOTAL OVERWEIGHT of my frame/height... BAH. I look FINE. It's weird how those are considered "standards", and it really should be about how you feel about yourself... and it definitally doesn't take to account things that are different per person - like METABOLISM. Which I swear I have none. I can go an entire day without eating and not feel a thing... it's like my system works at a crrrawwwwlll...
I eat, well ALMOST, like a vegetarian! I prefer all veggie meals to meat, I even have a full service garden! But I do enjoy myself a good 24oz porter... mmmm...
it's those little things in life that you should enjoy and definitally not torture yourself over. If I maintain the weight I am at currently, I am fine and happy. If I lose ten pounds, I will be happy as well. My rule is:
As long as I can still see my feet [which I can, and my ankles!] I look FINE.
When you said "as long as I can see my feet" I was thinking that would be nice, although it is not because of my weight that my feet have gone missing!
I, too, prefer vegetarian meals to meat most of the time. I just think that vegetables have so much more taste then most meat does! Plus, you can makes a variety of sauces, use a plethora of hearty grains with them, and mix and match veggies like shopaholics do with clothes! (a good steak now and then is simply the best thing though)
I think at this point in my life I just want to maintain and tone. I can be happy with that!
exactly! when yer pants stop fitting THEN you can fret! Oh baby, I totally should have altered that sentence to:
"As long as yer TUMMY isn't blocking yer view of yer feet" I'm pretty sure large boobage doesn't count as "fat"... hahahhaa, even though I bet 50% of yer weight are in those puppies... ohohohoho~ ♥
When I found that picture I thought how amusing it would be to just manipulate his fat little body like putting him on his back and making his front legs dance around.
