Sweet! I am glad they DID something, half the time they act like nothing happened.

Tell me about it... One time I complained to a store manager about someone at Best Buy and they pretty much said "too bad" I should have done something then... That guy was a jerk too, but I didn't think about it. But yeah, that's why I usually don't complain, because nothing ever happens. I was totally blown away when I got that email!!
