Not much news to report as far as Gaza is concerned. Apparently Mubarak is asking Europe (namely France) to keep the pressure off of Israel for now. He really does not want Hamas to come back to power and start causing mischief in Egypt ( Read more... ) -

Shortly before the beginning of the common era, there was this fellow named Herod who had a political genius about him and managed to get on the right side of the major power brokers in Rome.
