Slow roasted beef brisket with grilled corn and honey-oatmeal bread. Since I am not a big meat eater, I only make it about once or twice a year. Oh hey...Father's Day is coming up. That's a perfect day to make it for him. This is the first time he will actually be in the country for Father's Day so I am trying to do something special for him.
