I've come to realize that there is no way you are going to be able to enjoy anything in life if you can't put up with the crap that comes before the fun stuff. and there usually is a whole lot of it. loads. like unfathomable amounts. but its worth it. those moments of sitting with your friends, just talking, watching someone doing something

eh, my parents are kind of the same way. My sisters were angels, and I'm. . . well. . . not. They tend to let me do what I want, but only cause I don't really give them a choice. They don't trust me, not that they really have a reason to, but it kind of sucks at the same time.
