There's no where else to train. I doubt the police will be happy if I tried to train inside a building.

I don't think so. They're built to contain creatures the size of small buildings, so I don't think one would break that easily.

I dunno. In my experience, the more complex something is the easier it is for something to go wrong.

Not really. I don't think even the natives know how their own technology works. I'm pretty sure it's not the ball though. Dragon doesn't seem to like me too much.
