Realizing he hadn't given the man a password, he groaned as he stood up and made his way down to the Gargoyle.
Opening the door, he said, "Come in Remus, come in, there is much we need to talk about."

"What exactly did you want to talk to me about, Headmaster?" he inquired curiously as they sat down.

"Well, there's no use dancing around the subject... I've never been wonderful at dancing besides."
Continuing on boldly, Albus said, "Remus, I want you to come back as our Defense teacher."

"Headmaster, I can't say it wasn't enjoyable teaching, but - the knowledge that I am what I am has already spread, and no doubt the parents of the children, and the children themselves - it would be far too dangerous for me to take up the post again."
He had liked the job, immensely much, but just thinking of what could happen made Remus positive it couldn't happen again.
