Sirius Black stood in the doorway with his arms crossed against his chest and a wry smile on his face. With his name not cleared, and public walks strongly advised against-- Sirius did not have much to do. His time at 12 Grimmauld Place was spent either with the boys, or reading.
Remus' lips curled up into a smile. "Trying to figure out where I should set off my batch of Dungbombs, actually," he joked. He closed the opened cabinet door behind him, concluding that there was not indeed a boggart in there and that if her was, it would much rather burst into a display of a silvery moon than lurk in the dusty corners within.
"Well, I could be better, but there's hardly anything to complain about," Remus answered the other man's question. "And you, Padfoot?"
Sirius wandered farther inside the usually empty room. He chuckled amusedly to himself as he regarded his friend. He often looked so tired that it nearly made Sirius worry-- if he were of the worrying kind.
He offered Remus a smile, "I am as well as I can be stuck here in this old house. It is about that time, isn't it?" Sirius asked, as a vision of the month's calendar appeared in his brain.
Remus stuck his hands in his pockets. "Yes, the full moon's coming up," he affirmed. "Two days left."
He went over and took a seat on one of the settees, knees feeling a little weak at the thought of the full moon, and looked up at Sirius. "How's Buckbeak?"
The question was more out of curiosity than lack of things to say, but as Remus looked at his friend, he wondered how Sirius could stand being inside the house he hated.
