I talked to the nurse at the Center and she said that she couldn't find anything wrong, or a reason to believe that Ledyba and the other bug Pokémon were being...controlled. [she has to pause and get a bit of a grip on herself again, right there]

But she also said he probably wasn't wild. That he was raised by a person and...and he acted like whoever it was had mistreated him.

[This makes her so very angry and sad and worried she can hardly stand it.] If that's true of all of those other Pokémon...the poor things...

Yes, I am! I wasn't sure at the start, but I have two badges now and I know that at least a few of my friends really want to challenge the Gym Leader here, too. I believe we can do it!

Darn right! I've heard they're all pieces of cake if you train your Pokemon right. It's pretty cool that you've got two badges already.
