[Something's wrong. She could tell since she woke up in the morning. At first she had assumed that Sora had gone out to do something and was busy, but his bed was made. And neat.
Not normal for her lazy bum. After she had made her own bed....that was when she found the gifts. And...his bracelet. Her SFC was on earlier because she was checking

[She had noticed when she was checking the list of people that were in Vatheon. She still can't believe it, really.]
Kairi...

[She looks downward, her eyes already starting to water.]
...I'm sorry, Kairi. But at least he's back home.

For a few moments, she's quiet. This must be one of the people who was really close to Sora- she remembered him mentioning a number of names. So after some struggling for words...]
You'll see him again.

[a reassuring smile]
So it's okay to take this time to just cry it out- ah, I know we haven't met before but I'm Saya, and I knew Sora. If there's anything you need, just let me know.

[She's trying to smile back but its a bit weak]

...and his darkness, that familiar presence, the hand on her shoulder...It could only be one person: Riku. He...he had come back.
And Sora wasn't there to see him return. She let go of the pillow to sit up and wrap her arms around him, burying her face in his shoulder and crying again, although louder. On her left hand was Soras' bracelet from Valentines' day, and it was this she clasped tightly in her fist while she hugged him and basically cried on her best friend for the loss of another so dear.]

Riku kept his own tears within him, wrapping his arms around her as she sobbed into his shoulder.] ...I'm here. [A quiet reminder, and not just to Kairi. It was also a promise not to leave her behind again like he had so many times before.
There they both were, mourning the absence of their friend--no, more than that--as they held each other close. No tears would come for him, only dry sobs that he tried to quiet down... for her sake, and Sora's. How many times had he told the derp that he had to keep it together?]

It was then she realized how dependent they all were on each other. How...balanced each of them were. Sora, her, and Riku...they all worked as a team, in balance, even when apart. There was always a bond between them, so strong...that even with all they went through, that bond never broke.
So...once she stopped crying and was reduced to a red-headed pile of sniffles she lifted her tear-streaked face up to look at him, rubbing glassy eyes with the back of her hand] ...I-I'm here for you too, Ri. I-It will be o...okay... [It was almost like she could tell he was fighting to hold something back, but then again that's how strong their bond was; they knew those kinds of things...]

She at least had to give her condolences. ]
...I'm sorry to hear about Sora, my dear... I just found my own letter as well.

Doesn't matter. One of her puppies hits the SFC to turn on the video, and Kairi's hand drops from doing so. It's only fair, after all...but she lifts her head from the pillow to show glossy eyes and a tear-streaked face]
T...thank you, ma'am...a-and...you...you knew Sora too? [Her eyes flit to the letter off-screen and then back, wondering if it was his and what he had written...]

You're welcome... and yes, I knew Sora as well. He was... [ An acquaintance? No. He was more than a mere acquaintance. He was something that Integra didn't have at home, save for Walter, Alucard, and Seras. ] he was a friend.
