Julie's Sticky Party Post
This is not for sticky parties, but rather a sticky for parties.
Julie has parties. A lot of parties. I won't make a log for each party, that would be overkill and I am sure that people would get sick of it. Instead, this post is for people to plot in. Here's how it works:
- I'll make a new thread whenever Julie throws a new party, with the date & time, the theme if there is any, and any extra information
- You comment to that thread with your character and a basic summary of what they'll be doing. Some examples would be: partying extra hard, leaving early, dressing up real pretty this time, sneaking in booze, etc
- Other people comment to you if they so desire and suggest things that can happen with your characters. Examples: catfight, making out, super awkward conversation by the punch bowl, dancing together, drawing penises on your characters face after they pass out, seeing someone drawing penises on someone else's face, etc.
- PROFIT! What you decide to do is totally up to you. You can play it out in comments here, or make a log and actually play it out (this is probably a better idea), or handwave it.
- Note: You don't have to plot with anyone. You're welcome to just leave a comment saying that your character went and what they did. Also, if you don't want to comment at all, that's fine - if you want, you can assume your character went and nothing particularly memorable happened. And uh, obviously there's not much point commenting if your character didn't go at all.
Basic facts about Julie's parties:
- If your character is a 4th year or older, you can assume they have been invited. It doesn't matter if they've never threaded with Julie, her parties are open to anyone, and if you want your character to go, just assume she invited them at some point.
- If the party is at Hogwarts, there will be no alcohol or other illicit substances provided. Your character can sneak some in for themselves if they want, but no party-wide boozing.
- It can be assumed that there are a bunch of NPC students also attending the parties, if you need some hapless NPC to dance with or whatever.
