[Offensive subjects] Nothing really, I'm pretty hard to offend and Julie is constantly offended by people being dumb, so that's normal.

[What's okay to mention around him/her] Anything is fine. Julie is pretty much constantly bitchy regardless of what you talk about, so there aren't any off-limits subjects.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Julie knows everybody. Even if she's not friends with your character, they've probably talked at least once and she's almost definitely invited them to her party. Obviously she's not BFFs with anyone everyone, but she'll talk to your character as if she knows them unless there's a good reason for her not to.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] If a filter is hackable, I'll mark it as such - if you really want to hack something that isn't marked, contact me first. Strikes are always hackable, though!
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Yes. She will be a giant bitch to you.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Ping me first! Julie is not a fighter, so she wouldn't get in actual fights without some plot-related reason (and she'd lose), but little things like slapping or jinxing are probably okay.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Yes, go for it, just contact me before actual sex happens.
[Anything else?] Your character has been invited to Julie's parties. They may not have gone, but if your character is 4th year or older, they've been invited.
