Can you? I mean, I talked with David and Victor and decided to give E-way another shot. The same time there is a surge of influence in the youth group. What am I supposed to do guys? I am asking God and waiting for a response, but where is it? I can worship God full-heartedly and press in, but He hasn't been sayin nothing. I dunno what He wants ( Read more... )

I didn't feel God's presence at youth despite how many were touched. However, I was at the altar praying intensely for His will to be done. I know the spirit was flowing through me as it usually does for any Christian. People prayed for me perhaps they felt the spirit flowing rather than me being "filled". So, no I wasn't "slain" or "filled". I didn't break because I'm not the emotional type. It's quite rare for me to actualy break or feel anything from God. If I ever recieve anything I thank God and continue praying and/or worshiping. If I recieve a special gift which I haven't yet, I do what David does and go use the gift.

Gifts come with faithfulness and obedience. God can do anything he wants at anytime. If God wants to brek you emotionally he will. If God wants to fill you with his spirits he will. Personally, it took me about a year of seeking before I was actually filled with the Spirit. But God could fill you tomorrow if he wanted to. Seek, pray, be faithful. Everything works out in His greater plan. And about revival, it could last at the church for two months but a personal revival is all on you. You don't need the church to experience revival. But, I think a church wide revival will last a long time.

I don't see that the revival this time has come as forced which is a good thing. I can honestly say that I am usualy in the same perspective about my life with Jesus.

Isn't your av that guy who's going to start the churches official revival? I missed church tonight. How was it? Looks like I might need another ride setup for evening services. I'm so dependent :(

I think God wanted me to stay at home this time because I was able to talk to this girl from Arkansas. She's a Christian and we talked for quite awhile.
