The rent is pretty decent actually! I mean, as far as Boston rents go anyway. Right now I pay $1200 a month for a one bedroom with heat included. This place is $1600 a month, with heat included. Most of the other places we looked at were 1500 or 1600 a month, with no heat, so we're pretty psyched about that.

It'll definitely be weird living with a roomie again, but I think it'll be ok. She's pretty cool.

Darn, that sounds about the same as SB. (I was hoping it would be cheaper, in case I want to move there after I graduate!)

Wow!! What a great place -- the wee porch, the built in cabinet for dishes, the fireplace, the curve to the living room -- very cool! My favorite is the pantry -- I love pantries. xo, M.
