Late Monday Night, Servant's Quarters Room 4, 9/3/07

It was late when the Mithril helicopter, disguised with it's ECS, touched down outside the town of Milieux, and then took off again, leaving one very weary looking Sergent Sousuke Sagara to make the long walk into town, and back to his room

Kaname was not a magical girl. She did however have it bad for a certain soldier boy. And after Connor had left, she'd found it quite impossible to get any kind of sleep no matter how tired she might be. So, as luck would have it, here she was in the Servant's Quarters with a key to Room 4 and a resolve that she hadn't quite admitted to herself yet to spend the night there.

She turned the key in the lock, opened the door, and for a couple seconds just stared. "Sousuke?"

It was a testament to how tired he was that he'd just continued to lay there while someone opened the door to his room. He lifted his head and looked at her. "Kaname."

The shock wore off and she was across the room and throwing her arms around him in a flash. Clearly she was happy to see him.

He winced at the hug, but returned it with his good arm. After all, he'd missed her, as well.

"I did say I would be back."
