Okay so, basically, while it's not a supernatural ability, Sherlock is really smart. He's so smart, that by looking at details he can tell you most things about you, even those things that you didn't know people could notice. Of course, he is wrong at some details, but this is something that can easily pass into godmode territory

What can he know about your character?: Being as Cesare is a historical figure, Holmes is welcome to 4th wall as much as you like. He is also welcome to discern Cesare is a swordsman.
What can't he know about your character?: I'm pretty open? Cesare lies a lot, maybe Holmes wouldn't be always able to tell when he is.
Can he use that knowledge to mess with your character?: Go for it!

Character name: Kay Faraday (Ace Attorney)
What can he know about your character?: Anything, pretty much. He can know that Kay is a thief (of the truth, at least), that she has ties to two prosecutors here, etc.
What can't he know about your character?: Actually, he can know whatever he likes about Kay. Although I'd like to know how he figures things out...because Kay would be very interested to know his trade secrets. =3
Can he use that knowledge to mess with your character?: By all means!

Character name: Altair Ibn-La'Ahad (Assassin's Creed)
What can he know about your character?: Everything. Altair's an assassin from a brotherhood that has pretty distinct practices, for example his missing left ring finger
What can't he know about your character?: I'm pretty good with him figuring out everything. Just be warned Altair may not appreciate it.
Can he use that knowledge to mess with your character?: Sure! It'll be fun to see how others react to an Assassin in their midst.

Right now, not much. he keeps his secrets well. We can talk if you see something later on that you think he would catch onto.
What can't he know about your character?: That he is a fighter and that he has magical powers until Soubi uses them.
Can he use that knowledge to mess with your character?: YES!! As soon as he knows anything, mess away XD

What can he know about your character?: All four of these girls don't have any big secrets that'd need permission to uncover-if you know Ouran, Haruhi's not actively crossdressing and she's let her hair grow for a year so there probably won't be any need to deduce she's not male; Rapunzel has magical hair but I can't think of any possible way for him to get that from looking at her; Apple Bloom is a colourful talking pony so what the heck is she even, and Uo's a normal human. XD
Non-secrets wise and simply observing... I'm not sure how well you know any of these characters' canons, but I'd be happy to feed you information and things that Sherlock might pick up if the need ever arises. /o/ The only thing that may be of interest is that Haruhi will have a Claddagh ring on her right hand with the heart pointing to her wrist if he ever feels the need to grasp that symbolism...?
