[ Oh, it's you. Morgana's about to ignore you, but then she hears what you have to say. ]

[ And now she's going to lash out at you in disgust ]

How could you be excited about a murder?

It means that there is a possible puzzle to resolve. Of course it can also be a common and boring murder, but until I have the information, I can't say.

[He doesn't seem fazed at all about her tone of voice. He's never cared what people thought and he's not starting today.]

Boring? Have you no heart?

I have been informed about not having one, yes.

[ Drawing back in surprise, at this statement. Morgana has never heard anyone talk of having no heart in such a casual way. ]

What if it had been someone close to you? Would you still be so excited?

[there's a moment while he's silent, expressionless. Would he be excited if John got killed? No, he'd find the person and make them wish they were dead.

But he had to look like it didn't matter. Because in Somarium he didn't have any close ones.]

I'm not close to anyone.

[ She's taking that to mean that he's not close to anyone, period; not here, or at home. ]

I'm not surprised. You're not a very likable person.

Well, now we've gotten a grip on the obvious. It is quite hard when trying to find a flat mate.

And plus, what does grieving do? Nothing. It won't change the fact that they're dead and it won't help in capturing the murderer.

You could at the very least show some respect for the dead and their loved ones.

Again, will that change anything? No. Will that help in knowing who murdered her? No.

You can do that. I'll focus on what's important.

It would help those who loved her, at the very least.

[ She'll ignore that last bit... ]

But that doesn't matter either. To find the culprit I must have a clear head, and emotions will only cloud my judgement.

[ She's currently wishing she could reach into the Dreamberry somehow and slap you. ]

[ But as much as she hates you, Morgana would still like to see whoever did this caught. ]

I hope your actions will back up your words.

Of course. It also depends on the competence of the police in this place. If they look for my help, then I'll assist them.

[and he seems a bit annoyed now]

But right now, I know little and the fact that I am most likely not allowed in the crime scene. I can't make assumptions.

[ Here, she sounds a bit haughty: ] Well, if you hadn't been so insensitive, perhaps the police would be more eager to work with you.

I haven't talked with any of them, and this is the first time that I talk about my career.

Though they'll come to me when I'm needed.
