Sibling abused... or sibling abuser.
Jaejoong's family refused to believe that he was not normal in either way. So naturally a lot of conflicts and even behavioral issues emerged.

ADHD is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I actually think I should have put ADD there (same but without the hyperactivity) since Jae is always so zoned out. x_x *gets shot*
Schizophrenia is a disease when the mind is warped into believing that things which do not exist are real. Kind of like the movie Beautiful Mind if you've ever watched that.

You'll soon know what his illness is.
