my perfect sunday:
-woke up and did two hours of yoga with a new instructor. he is great!

-made it back to the apartment and put together a pork roast that is now simmering int he slow cooker for 6 hours. yum!

-drinking gingerbread latte while listening to norah jones, cinammon spice candels are lit and it smells like winter!

Katie, I understand that the Christmas tree was a gift, but, please don't become one of those people who puts Christmas decorations out before Thanksgiving. I will have to sneer at you everytime I come over before Thanksgiving if you do ;)

Any chick lit recommendations? Adam and I driving separate cars on the way down to Maryland, so I'll have 10 hrs by myself on the way there (his mom is taking his old car).

Your afternoon sounds fantastic. I wish we had a full size bathtub here!

Between the stuff my parents gave me, the tree and a few things a family friend of mine dropped off- my apartment seemed to decorate itself this year... so come on over and let me see that sneer! :-)

Chick lit... I am reading a good one right now called Girls Night In, it has about 25 short stories from a bunch of great authors- if you liked 'The Devil Wears Prada' or 'The Dirty Girls Social Club' you will love this one! Very light and easy...

oh i'm so jealous
i want to go home tomorrow, but my evil professor hasn't decided yet if we can nix our wednesday meeting
(it's related to my thurs/fri work with students whom i won't see until AFTER the break, so really i don't see how it's necessary....he isn't really evil either. i just decided because he won't tell me until tomorrow if i can go home tomorrow, that he is that way.)
