So, of all the characters we've met over the last two seasons, it seems that West is the first to exhibit two independent powers at the same time (without absorbing them a la Peter or Sylar): the power to fly, and the power to be a massive tool.

I missed Peter for purely selfish, lusty reasons, but that's neither here nor there.

I enjoyed Monica a lot, and I really want Micah to develop some of Nikki/Jessica's strength and knock the snot out of his smart-assed male cousin. But yeah, Monica's power is awesome, tomato roses and wrestling moves! Whoo hoo! I also would like Micah to de-grease his hair. It's very Jeri-Curled lately.

West...West reminds me of someone and I can't put my finger on who it is. Another celebrity, for sure, but who? Any ideas? Despite that nagging at me, there's everything else about him that makes me want to vomit. I'm glad Claire got a boyfriend, but the whole Clark-Kentness of his character is ridiculous. There's a *reason* Clark never gets the girl.

And Parkman? SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP. I hate you. You make me like Mohinder a whole lot more.

Yeah, there's something about West, not sure what. An Owen Wilson-y sort of thing, maybe? Maybe not. I don't know, but he reminds me of someone too. Probably a massive tool.
