So maybe I can't help myself out of a rut.

But helping someone else, not only took my mind off of things, but also made me feel like maybe I was having an affect on someones life. even if only for a few minutes.

which is nice.

neccesary.

When all is said and done.

It's not what you've left behind, it's what you've taken with you.
