The highest I've been in an earthquake was the 6th floor and it made me woozy. I can't imagine how bad it'd be further up.

This was a pretty long quake too, so there are some great vids up on Youtube of what the shaking was like all across Japan. I do this after every earthquake, I have this

Whoever designed and built those buildings was awesome. All that shaking and they did nothing but sway. No windows popping out, nothing.

I was going to mention that, also fucked was Crescent City's marinas (expected). Most certainly a sizable result and amazing to think that it was the result of something happening half way around the world.
