HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Well it's almost 4 in the morning. I still havn't seen hide nor tail of Santa. I was so sad because I was actually planning on staying up this year so that I could see him. Oh well, maybe people are right. Maybe Santa Claus really doesn't exist. I guess we'll just have to leave the job of delivering presents to all of the good little girls and boys ( Read more... )

Uh...Chris, Santa isn't real. Least not at my house. The reason I know this, is because my parents leave the "presents" from Santa out on their bed. And even though we're naughty throughout the year we still get presents, (we being my younger brother and I). But you know something the true Santa doesn't bring presents to people the true Santa is the joy in our hearts and the love we share with everyone. If there ever was a Santa in the world that would be it. One more thing, the letters S-A-N-T-A can also be formed to spell S-A-T-A-N. Merry X-mas Chris!

Whoa, way to burst my bubble. I've been trying to reconnect with my childhood (or what part of it I've already experienced) recently. I found out a long time ago that Santa wasn't real; in fact my parents encouraged me to discover this. It was very important to them that I not believe in something that was insanely not real. However, I like the idea of someone who takes time out of his life to reward those who have been good. I don't know why the tale of St. Nicholas was actually created, but the way the story goes it seems like a very good way to persuade children to being good as much as they can. Santa certainly wouldn't neglect to bring you a present if you were only naughty once or twice. As for his name also being able to spell Satan, my guess is that that's either coincidence or Christianity's way of showing people that the spirit of giving and not the spirit of recieving is the way to go on such a "special" day. Nevertheless, HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
