I have to say, I don't laugh too often. I also have been told that I don't smile very much either. I don't know I don't pay attention to if I am smiling or laughing. I do know I have laughed at things that are terrible and that I shouldn't be laughing at.
I am trying to remember that quote from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, but I am having trouble coming up with who said it.

This was just something I noticed myself doing today. I've been fine lately no worst then I've been before. When I got back from Nationals I was a little down 'cause I wanted a longer trip. The quote is from the credits when the principal gets on the bus this loser girl he sits next to says it.
