its the principle of the matter, that the judge is essentially saying the test is too hard. although i guess maybe it is too hard for them, considering most students cant even point out louisiana on a map, much less iraq.

I've said it time and again: it's not the High School Exit Exam, it's the High School ENTRANCE Exam.
FYI, this coming from someone who actually took it freshman year. =P

if even entrance. i remember the questions were all like reading pie charts and bar graphs like in elementary school, and those passages were easier to read and understand than anamorphs. maybe the hardest thing to do was to sit there quietly after u finish like 15 minutes into each section.
