don't worry, i know that's easier said than done but the way college works there isn't a deadline police officer making sure everything is in on time. with the extra steps your dad took to mail it in you shouldn't have any problems, just assert that to yourself that everything will be fine and if they call you or ask you about it tell them exactly what happened. they probably won't even begin to check everything out for a few days - these deadlines are just there to scare people into doing things on time. i'm sorry you had such a stresful day but it is all okay, i'm sure of it.
