In 2008..
I feel like talking a bit about 2008, cause it's been another long hard year, and it ended up on a really good note, but the beginning until the middle was kinda FUCKING hard. This year at my bday i had the nicest gift, a friend. That sounds weird, but i get it, so that's what matters =P.
I feel like talking about songs, so i'll do a music post also and yes i'll post pictures =) But for now let's see what 2008 has been for me.
In 2008...
... i found some members of my family on my dad's side, on facebook, i hadnt seen in years.
... i got my right ear pierced for a fourth time (yes do like piercings!!!)
...i bought my car, my baby!
...i painted my room, bye bye purple!! :( :'( :(, but welcome nice old grown up woman, but still cool chick room!... with a queen size bed, and lots of pillow! That's very important! Thanks to my girls Cat and Jess for the help :D
...i dropped 15 pounds =) Even tho you can't really tell anymore.. kinda.. but i swear i dropped them and they aren't BACK! =P
...i subscribed to the gym and met the coolest chick ever, Cat. She's awesome. Young, but is so so mature and has been thru so much, that im learning from her, which i love. I swear im going camping with her next summer!
...i met some awesome girls on the backstreet boys fanclub, that became good friends to me. They are so awesome, so amazing, you wouldn't even believe, and it amazes me that we built this strong friendship over an obsession about 5 boys. But we had the nicest time together, and i think i found my lost twin. Manon. <3 you sweetie.
...i saw the backstreet boys in concert 4 times, once in august, and three times in november. I hadnt seen them for 10 years. Way too much if you ask me. Those guys are awesome, and so nice you wouldnt even believe how down to earth they are.
...i argued with Nick Carter (aka the tea towel guy!), fell in love with AJ and forgot to kiss and hug Brian!!! I met them on november 4th and 5th, and it was a blast! They are very down to earth like i was saying, and you feel so comfortable talking to them. Nervous at first, but then me and Nick started joking together and i told him to shut up while i was trying to talk with AJ! HAHA! And i was basically myself even tho i had them in front of me! haha! i thought i was going to die while i was waiting tho!
... i had the nicest bday gift ever. <3 baby
...i got my nose pierced! FINALLY! all of you i've been pissing off repeating i wanted to get it done but wasnt sure! Well now it's done! and totally painless by the way!
...i've lost two good friends at work. They were co-workers at first, but then with time, we got close and now they are gone, cause, well one of them found a job somewhere else and the other one just left because she couldnt handle it anymore. Vero aka veeroh is my north shore girl! or my V from the block! And Marie-Josée was like a mum to me, always had things to tell me, lessons that she learned with time that she was sharing with me, taught me a lot about myself, and when i had a problem, or something on my mind, i could randomly walk to her desk and sit down and say "MJ can i talk to you for a sec?" And she'd drop everything and would listen to me and tell me everything i needed to hear. My god that woman helped me. Can you tell i miss her? Now at work, we have three new girls (yeah cause apparently guys are not stupid they dont want to work in a place like that!) so the new girls are cool. The new lady secretary is hawt and nice, she's a lot like me, 6 months older, we have the same taste and sometimes we call each other and tell each other what we're going to wear the next day and we try to dress alike, then we find it very funny (there's something about bras and panties too, but you really don't want to know about it!!! hahah) The other girl is in the same office as me. So yup, i share it now, but she's COOL! older, but amazing woman! We get along great, and we always make jokes and laugh, except when she's doing numbers, cause then she gets really really serious and nervous, so i just shut up and put my ipod on my ears and then sing in my head and dance on my chair (cause i can't not dance!). The last girl, well i don't know her that much, she's new, but she's not girly at all, oh hell no. LOL.
...i got a gym at home, so now i have a bench, a treadmill, a bike, a back\abs thingy, don't know how it's called, weights and a ball. I just got back on the treadmill tonight, after two months, someone high five me please - thank you - usually, run\walk 45 mins, abs (bout 120), back thingy (i really have to get a pic of it so you guys will know what it's like and you will be able to tell me whats the fucking name of it! LOL), and then some weights and in the shower, cause i stink!
...i got a laptop! i had to mention it, cause im in love with that little thing!
...i died my hair dark brown, almost black and according to my gay friend, it was the best decision of my life and WHY DID I NOT DO THAT BEFORE!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay so i have tons of version for my tattoo. It's going to be on my lower back, but now im thinking that two little hearts could be close to my hip bone or something like that. I was thinking of getting a naughty fairy too to get tattooed there, but i don't have a picture of it, well it's at work, so i'll show you guys before 2030 hopefully! so anyway, here they are:
Basically i want my cancer sign, which is the kind of "69" and i want wings to represent my grandma, and i would love to have written "You're me secret place where i can be myself, you connect with me like nobody else" cause i wanted to get a heart, cause its so me, but when i read those lyrics, it's what love is exactly.

Remember the titans. Haha, i know that's not a 2008 movie, i just watched it during Xmas :P Jumper was DAMN good, loved it!!!!!!!!! And yes i will see Dark Knight, we have it here, but havent had the chance to see it yet. Nope don't ask me about twilight, cause i wanna read the books first :D

I'd say the Supernatural season 4 episodes that aired in 2008 were damn good! Fuck. Yes, that deserved a fuck. I love that show. Always have been into the demon vs angel kinda thing. That's my dark side. Watch out, i bite at night when ur being a bad boy. Oh and watch me on full moon! But yeah so, what is Dean exactly? And Sam? Im voting Dean will kill Sam in the last episode! oh what am i saying, good always wins! Sam will kill Dean in the last Supernatural episode. No wait a minute, Sam is bad, yes i am sure he is the bad one! Oh by the way: Eye of the tiger performance by Jensen at the end of um episode 8 of season 4? TOTALLY AWESOME! HE SO HAS ME IN HIS BED!!!!!!!! SEXY! He had me way before that tho...

Oh damn, that one is hard! I'd have to say Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace by the Foo Fighters.
I swear i think the song i've listened to the most this year was "Stranger things have happened". And when i am pissed off i like to listen to "The Pretender", "Home" is my song, i like the story behing "The Ballad of the Beaconsfield miners", "Let it die" is freaking great, "Erase, Replace" i enjoy, and "Come alive" i love to listen to very very loudly, my car windows down, as i park in front of my work =) I swear i can't take that album out of my car and i listen to it every freaking time. - ps: Peyton, on One Tree Hill rocks too, cause in this week's episode (number 13 - season 6) you can see this album a lot behind her, on her wall in her office =) She's cool, cause she clearly reads my LJ!

But another one that deserves a mention is the Live album of Linkin Park. I don't know where it came out, wait lemme do a quick search on amazon! okay so released on nov. 25th. Linkin Park: Road to Revolution Live at Milton Keynes (CD\DVD)
I must have bought it like a week after its release and i didnt even know. If you enjoy live music and you like Linkin Park, you gotta have this CD! I swear, i can't stop listening to it - Foo fighters in my car, Linkin Park in my computer at work - and everytime the CD ends it's like i was there, at the show. And they do songs from all their albums even "Bleed it out" which make me wet everytime. The guitar and the drums on that album make me orgasm every fucking time, and add Mike Shinoda's voice and you have me in HEAVEN! "Given Up" is fucking ace!, "hands held high" is why i love Mike Shinoda! "Leave out all the rest" and "PUSHING ME AWAY" is why i love Chester and his voice as well as in "the little things give you away". I swear i couldn't be more excited to talk about an album than i am talking about those two albums. If you want two great albums, you gotta have those two. Must. Have.
Bleed it out: you better fucking watch it! just for the drum solo, and come and tell me LP sucks after that! and oh my god, Rob looks like Dave Grohl. I swear. I wouldnt mind doing him either :D
