cut off all federal funding to the south. they want fiscal conservatism, let's give 'em a taste of it.

Unfortunately, we probably couldn't get away with still making them pay federal tax, and I believe the federal government is in no mood to start giving away power.

The south takes more from federal taxes than they contribute, so cutting off all federal funds would actually help balance the budget. And if they secede again, so much the better. We need a Balkan-like region in America so that we can set up exploitive manufacturing plants again.
