Highlights of the past few days

- getting a sweet-ass comfy couch
- girlscout cookies
- going to a marine nature reserve on the coast and seeing seals, urchins, starfish, anemones, and other awesome stuff
- discovering a Thai noodle house where all the entrees are under six bucks
- scoring a free turntable off the side of the road
- DID I MENTION OUR COUCH IT IS AWESOME

Trent's staying with us this weekend, and I have to babysit on Saturday.

The guy I'd be going with is a worthless piece of shit. He's one of those conservatives who believes we should have strong laws against saying bad words on tv b/c "oh noes think of the children" but thinks it's perfectly ok for himself to have sex with prostitutes. And now that I'm turning into Mr. Hyde, spending a few hours in is company would result in murder.
