so last weekend on Saturday I did a 60 mile bike ride up through the foothills near Redding. It was gorgeous! and very tough, since I am NOT used to using my gears on *gasp* hills. so me and kev decided we are moving to melbourne australia next winter, i cant wait!

I ran the Davis Stampede today, i did the 10K (6.2 mi) run and despite having asthma problems during the run i PRed and placed third in my age group (20-24). i am SUPER stoked!
