My friend has promised to install a trebuchet on mine. He actually is a rocket scientist - all I have to do is tell him what I want to use as payload and how far I want to be able to hurl it. I love my friends. :D

That looks a whole lot like a Geoff Bone Wheelchair Project chair. The group working on it has designed a super-cheap easily assembled wheelchair for use in Third-World countries using off-the-shelf parts.
