It's been a few weeks since my last post or visit to LJ. So many things going on to keep me preoccupied. Went on a mini roadtrip to visit my brother, soon to be sister-in-law and baby nephew for one night then one night up at my parents. Great visits. I really miss just hanging out with my family. How wonderful for you to be able to hang out with your family. It must be nice to actually want to be around them. I wish mine lived further away. lol

Good luck with the diet!! I need to get back on mine. I did Weight Watcher's with good results... till I went to Disney for 10 days and completely pigged out!

So sorry to hear about your Granny. Is she still in the hospital?

Thankfully granny just got out tonight. Hopefully she can stay on the mend especially because Christmas is coming up and we are all heading to my brother's for gifts then my sister-in-laws parents house for dinner. We both have small families so we thought that combining them for dinner would be fun.

No, it's Dr. Bernstein. I've lost 19.2 pounds in less than three weeks so I'm very excited. Extremely hard (especially at this time of year with all the treats around) but I hope it will be well worth it in the end.
