Back from my assessment and it's been decided that I qualify for PRK instead of LASIK due to the fact that my cornea is fairly steeply sloped and so the corneal flap maker thing wouldn't be able to make a big enough flap in order to do the laser part

If you go with it just make sure you have help for the kids for a good week to be on the safe side. My husband needed those numbing drops like clockwork for at least the first three days and weaned after that but was tender for a week. Still, he thinks it was completely worth it.

And yes, Trev has said he will take two weeks off work and for me not to worry, he can handle it.
