I think I need hypnosis to help me to stop eating so damn much! I need to stop rewarding myself for the workout I did....two weeks ago!!! AAUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Yeah, I eat when I'm bored. So work out again! Remind yourself how hard you have to work to burn the calories off...that might slow your cravings.

Yeah, except it hasn't so far. It's alot of self talk that I need to work on, and get it through my head that I can still have the treats while I'm trying to lose weight, just in moderation. Right now I'm on a "It's all or nothing" kind of deal.....even though logically I understand that that isn't how it really is. Do you get what I mean? I'm not sure I'm explaining it very well.

Anyhow, I'm sure I need hypnosis. And as for the working out again, I don't know how to get over that slump yet.
