Well, when you go all out... you are likely to blow out(in my case) an ankle... so, it isn't merely rolled. It's sprained. Quite sprained. Had to stay off it sprained. Right. Bravery at times of pain isn't bravado. It's stupidity. Like yesterday. Apparently, according to the nurse I should have gone to the emergency room. i didn't think it was
