This is very true. In fact, it's much more broad than that. The entire world that surrounds us is completely different for two different people because we have this extremely vague thing called perception. Perception is a funny thing because it's not just about taking in information through your senses. Human beings are far more complex than that. When you perceive the world, you also add in your preconceived notions, your experience, and your emotional response. Furthermore, contrary to what you might think, a human being has a very narrow attention span. That means you only get bits and pieces of everything ...you're only getting a small glimpse of the world around you. Most people aren't aware of this because it seems like we take in everything
