Virus

Hi all,
So today my computer got a virus. It's Antivirus 360 and the internet says the only way to get ride of it is to buy some fancy anti-virus software. Can someone tell me how to get ride of this amazingly annoying thing?!

EDIT: I downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to get ride of the virus, yet I think the virus is not letting me open it!

This link tells the story and includes removal instructions at the bottom. The malware actually prevents you from seeing actual results on Google and redirects you to a fake page.
