Response to the constructive portion of an anonymous comment (the other half was very impolite and nonconstructive, so was removed):

Thanks for "Blocking the haters" and their criticism of your site and how it operates.

Those who have been reasonable, rational and constructive in their feedback have not been blocked. When people result to cussing, name-calling, bullying and ad-hominem attacks they get blocked because that's not constructive or useful to the discussion. We have the right to block anyone, anytime, and for any reason. How hard is it to withhold the negativity and vulgarity when offering your feedback?

"Make it better by joining us." how do they join when you have no room for criticism.Here your comment stands, in all of its criticism and with a polite and impartial response. Have you inquired about joining our staff and been denied? Has anyone you know inquired and been denied? How do you know you can't join our staff and participate if you haven't tried or don't know someone who has? We're open to all kinds of ( ... )
