It is a name that strikes fear into the heart of evil! It must be said in full to get the full dynamic, heroic effect!

Really? I suppose I should be glad, then; I must not be evil. Naturally the dynamics would be muted if it were just "Bang", for example. That would be, dare I say it, absurd.

Of course not, from the sound of your voice you must be a charming young woman! Very few of those are evil.

Of course it would be less effective! It does not pack as much punch, as much legacy as the name Shishigami does! I like how you think!

Well, thank you, though I've heard others opine that charming young women are the most commonly found type of evil being.

Hmm. Perhaps you should use the Japanese name order, however. That way, you can literally go out with a Bang, rather than a whimper.

I imagine the proper tone also involves a gradual crescendo over the syllables. It's five syllables, so you could make it into two measures of 4/4 time and have a little musical riff accompany it, too.
